The farm store had full service until a few years ago when they were bought out and pulled the pumps. There is still one other station that is full serve. Changed hands recently but some customers asked that it stay full service and they decided to keep it. As far as I know you can still pump your own there if you want.
All laws are relative if you look at it that way. We have speed-limit laws here in NH of 65 on the highway. Itās NEVER EVER enforced. You have to be north of 80 before the staties would even consider pulling you over.
I probably have a more liberal interpretation for āstation attendantā. I canāt think of a single station in the San Jose area that pumps your gas for you. Iām referring above to the person inside the little booth at the gas station, and who I have to ask to to press a button to turn the air compressor on.
If I wanted somebody to pump my gas Iād have to go to the area the Silicon Valley CEOās reside. There are some stations there that offer a gas pumping service. If you go there, be sure to bring a fat wallet!! ā¦ lolā¦
Yes, definitely in regard to motor vehicle violations!
However, I disagree in regard to felony issues.
Somehow, I donāt think that things like Manslaughter and Murder areā¦ relatively illegal.

Lots of things are felonies that you may not be aware of. Like if you are a drug user and check no on an atf form. Never used any illegal drugs in my life, and never filled the form out, but got me thinking when Minnesota approved pot. You know show me the man and Iāll show you the crime.
Now Iām just saying it may be a no enforcement item, but if there is a document involved, and it is filled out wrong, the penalty for falsifying a public document can be severe. 5-7 years in minnesota unless it has been changed over the past 20 years. Lots of ways to mess with a person if the have a mind to.
Until a couple months ago Oregon had a similar regulation but it was voted down.
