Brakes getting smoking hot after installing new pads and rotors
Stuck calipers cause by pushing the pistons back for new pads into a corroded area.
Or failed master cylinder

Did you grease the caliper slides???

All the brakes ? Jack up worst one and see if you can spin the tire by hand…If it’s dragging, find out why…
