Saturn has 190000. suddenly it won’t shift anymore. fine last night when I parked it. would not shift today. also speedometer does not work today either.
Broken transmission. It needs to be serviced. Expect a large bill, hope for a small one.
If the transmission engages and drives but will not up-shift it may be in limp mode due to the failed speed sensor, that sensor also provides a signal for the speedometer.
