hello, I own a honda civic hybrid 2007 and I have problem with the battery. It drains overnight and sometimes the battery dies on the road. And of course most of the times the light on the dash are on (battery, IMA, engine.)
It is probably time to get a new battery.
Time to take it in for service, maybe to Honda since this car is very complicated.
One of the problems with purchasing a hybrid, while generally reliable and robust for many years by reports here, diy’er solutions not readily available when they fail. Concur w/advice above, shop diagnosis & repair is best option. Wondering, are there any web-forums similar to this for hybrid cars?
There are web forums for every type of car. Some useful, some not so much. Priuschat is an example of a useful one.
