stuck in limp mode. when I unhook the battery and hook it back the car will shift gears perfectly but then goes in limp mode after a few minutes.
When the Transmission Control Module detects a system fault the transmission is placed in limp mode. The TCM must be checked for faults, could be a failing input or output speed sensor, could be a failing torque converter clutch. Could be a minor repair, might be a major repair.
