Thanks, everybody. I feel better knowing I didn’t miss a driveshaft to do. I’ll get the AWD boxes’ fluids changed the next time I have it in.

Might I suggest buying a repair manual and doing the differential fluids yourself? I personally have a haynes repair manual for my '06 AWD highlander that suggests changing the differential and transfer case (transmission) fluid every 60,000 miles. I would change the T case lube on general principles. Won’t hurt, might help. I consider the axle the same. It may not need it but it won’t hurt.
