I don’t no why my Highlander hybrid 2006 not moving when I accelerate and it showing me check hybrid in the screen
Frequently “check hybrid” indicates that the regular 12 Volt battery is low. Check the cables and connections and have the battery tested. Beyond that, there may be other issues but that’s where I’d start.

That indicates a serious hybrid failure, could be in the transmission, could be in the power inverter.
There were several recalls on a module inside the inverter called the Intelligent Power Module. Failure of the IPM can cause the vehicle to be disabled.
If your are lucky this recall has not been completed and you can get your vehicle repaired for free, if it is something else the repair could cost as much as a good used car.
