Hit a 11 inch curb and steering immediately stopped working.
Insurance denied claim.
What were the circumstances? That might help someone who knows something about insurance. You obviously damaged something–and possibly several things–hitting the curb. Have a good independent shop or Lexus dealer look it over and let you know what it will take to fix it. FWIW, your Lexus has electric power steering so there’s no hydraulic stuff to fix.
