2006 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 heater died

heator stoped working changed climatecontrol module still not working

Is your radiator full of coolant? Have you tried to flush your heater core?

After you verify your coolant level is correct, as @pyrolord314 already suggested . . .

Make sure the the engine is getting up to proper operating temperature

Make sure both heater hoses are hot to the touch

If you’re savvy, you’ll be able to determine if the blend door actuator is working properly. It’s located under the heater case, just above the tunnel. You should be able to at least feel the actuator trying to move, as you change the temperature on the control module. you can easily remove the actuator and move the blend door by hand, at least you’ll know the blend door itself isn’t broken

let us know how it goes
