Someone told me a cat for a hybrid car is significantly more expensive than a cat for a gasoline car. True? If so, what’s the reason?
I guess it depends if its a tiger or a house cat. lol
I cant see why it would be more expensive. but I could be wrong

From what I can tell the cat (part only) cost is about $1900 for the Prius, and $1750 for a similar year Corolla. So not much difference. Must be urban legend.
