2005 Honda Civic Hybrid - Shudders when pulling away and in reverse

Hi guys,
So I just got my 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid and it shudders/hesitates for a spilt of a second when it’s pulling away as well as reversing. I changed all 8 spark plugs but symptom is still present.

It runs perfect after the initial shudder. No codes whatsoever, passed smog.

Any ideas on how I can fix this?

It’s the starter clutch in the transmission. I believe a new transmission is the only fix.
