Do you have a check engine light on??
What are the codes?? -
Was the fluid changed because of this, or did this happen right after the fluid was changed??
What did the old ATF look like, burnt smell to it or anything?? -
How may miles are on the transmission??

You might try unplugging the transmission harness and see if it will move in drive, that should put the transmission in 2nd gear by default…

Did you try manual 1st, 2nd, 3rd??
Possible valve body fault, could have lost forward apply clutch, needs to be checked out by a pro transmission shop…
Sounds like you might be looking at rebuild…
