I have a 2005 Ford Focus hatchback. I have found the front seats to be very uncomfortable after an hour or two of driving. It seems the seat is very small around my back. There seems to be too much support on the sides as they feel hard or very firm. I think I’m looking for a front seat that is wider on the back. Are the seats the same on all trim levels of the Ford Focus? Are other Ford seats interchangeable? How about other manufacturers? I would even be willing to purchase and aftermarket seat. It seems all I’m able to find are racing type seats. I just want to be comfortable as I am 6’3", 185 lbs. Thanks for any suggestions.
