Love your show!! My daughters Caravan is having a problem. Runs great at speed but at a light (at idle) it starts running really rough and surging(not everytime). Sometimes if you shut it off and restart problem goes away for awhile but not always. I was thinking something in the fuel system but don’t know how to narrow it down.
Is the check engine light on?
Does it idle rough when the engine is still cold?
According to my Son-in-law it doesn’t do it when the engine is cold.
You may have a bad idle air control valve (IAC). I had the same problem with a 97 Acura only a few days ago. In addition it was stuttering when accelerating at a higher speed. I removed the valve and cleaned it, The air inlet port mesh screen was almost completely blocked. Using a soft tooth brush and lots of carburetor cleaner took care of the problem. It was a 30 minute job on my car.
