I’ve had to replace the tensioner twice on my car. I found a service bulletin regarding this part. I don’t think I should have to pay for this part, especially since the 2nd one failed just about a year after installation. My dealer won’t budge. I’d at least like a couple of free oil changes out of this. What do you think & who can I call at Toyota. I called their consumer number and although they were very pleasant, they weren’t helpful. Pretty much just took the info.
