2005 camery auto transmission

MY 2005 TOYOTA CAMERY XLE V6 TRANSMISSION HAS STARTED TO SHIFT ODDLY. WHEN MOVING 25 MPH OR LESS, IT WILL “LUNGE”, SLIGHTLY.

AND. WHEN SEMI-HARD STOPPING, (LIKE CHANGING YOUR MIND BECAUSE THE YELLOW LIGHT APPEARED ABOUT 5 CAR LENGHTS TOO SOON TO MAKE IT THROUGH THE INTERSECTION WITHOUT HAVING A PICTURE OF YOUR BUTT TAKEN), IT SOUNDS AND FEELS LIKE A BIG WATERMELLON IS ROLLING AROUND IN THE TRUCK.

TOYOTA HAS NO RECALLS AND THE WEB NOISE MAKES IT SOUNDS LIKE THEIR SERVICE DEALERS CAN’T COME UP WITH A PERMANENT FIX.

ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Ok - first you really just need to turn off your caps lock key.

Second, you’re going to have to post some clarifications so that your post makes sense.

First you report some surging down under 25mph.

Then you seem to be talking about some kind of clunk or thump when you brake hard.

Then, after putting Camry in the title and tag, you referred to a truck.

Then you have some reference to recalls? Recalls of what?

Then there’s a mention of web noise - ?

And dealers that can’t come up with a fix - for what?

So maybe just slow down. Get out one thought at a time and finish it. Don’t assume that everything that you might find weird with your car is all one problem.

report the mileage on the car and everything you have about maintenance history, including basic engine items like spark plugs, filters etc., and everything you know about the maintenance history of the transmission.
