The previous discussion I had opened for this was closed and I was unable to comment on it…nonetheless, my last post on this from late May of this year indicated that I was going to look into getting a replacement EGR valve from AutoZone, which I did. After installing the valve and on my way to reset the check engine light, it went away and has not come back. I want to thank all who contributed to helping me solve this issue.
