How many miles do you go before you have to add a quart?
If it’s not leaking it externally, it must be burning it.
What size engine, had an 03 truck, debris in manufacture caused head gasket to leak oil on to the manifold, put in a chunk of metal to divert the oil drops away from the manifild. No significant oil loss. There was a TSB, but no recall.
