I have a 5 by 5 alarm that goes off in my 2004 F150 that was wrecked in the front end and I assume has something to do with the airbags
No idea what that means.

5 cycles of five beeps at startup and each half hour afterwards it’s just a an alarm that goes off and I would like to know how to shut it off on my 2004 F-150
Find a local auto stereo and alarm shop and pay them to disconnect the alarm . That way any wires will be sealed properly.
From what I can find out,
It means the “Passenger Airbag Off” bulb is burned out and the bulb needs replaced.
