2004 Civic LX.
The high-mount brake light (at the center of the rear window)is not working. We tried a new bulb in vain. Fuses look fine. What should I check now?
Check the wires and the socket. Check to see that the socket is grounded the way it should be. A multimeter would be handy.
Check to make sure you have 12 volts at the socket when the brake is applied.
