Front end sounds like the wheels want to fall off on moderately rough roads. I had the front struts and strut bearings replaced, but this didn’t quiet it down.
Have the mechanic look at the sway bar bushings and links. These can make a lot of noise on rough roads if the are beat out or loose. Otherwise check the ball joints, the outer and inner tie rod ends, the lower A arm bushings, and the tightness of the engine cradle.
