2003 Taurus Power steering pump

New pump in two days ago- cannot get the air out of the lines

You need to fill the steering fluid oil, and with one end of the hose loose, run the engine and have someone turn the wheel slowly. You’ll see foam pouring out of the loose end, which is foamed fluid that you should catch in a pan and dispose of properly. When the foaming stops, close the nut on the hose and refill the steering fluid. Otherwise, so long as foaming is occuring in your system, you will just blow off hoses. Too much pressure.
