Can I remove, and leave off, the rock/brush shield on the undersside of my vehicle? I need to have it off to change the oil and it’s too much trouble toremove/replace each time. I don’t go off road.
Sure. Just save it so it can be installed before you sell or trade the vehicle. Some people like off-roading.
