If I go over 80 MPH the speedo ‘bounces’ about 5 mph on either side of my speed. Car runs smooth and can go faster. Problem is, I cannot engage the cruise control as it jerks. any good ideas on this one? PS, it has 60K
Have you had the brake light switch replace under the recall? I would also suggest checking to see if there is a stored error code in the computer. Some places will read them for FREE. Try Autozone or Advanced Auto Parts. Get the exact code not just their translation into English and post it back here.My first guess would be the speed sensor that sends a signal to both the speedo and the cruise control. I have no idea if that would generate a code.
