I have a Honda that will not hold a charge in a new battery. We had it in to for maintenance and they said it is not the alternator. Great car. We will charge the battery and it will run for one week and then we need to charge it again.
If your shop has already done the standard alternator/battery testing, ask them to keep the car at their shop and do this testing every morning:
- Before the first start of the day the battery should measure about 12.6 volts
- Then, immediately after starting the engine, 13.5-15.5 volts.

“Had it in” where? Any competent shop should have at least given you an idea what the problem was. Or did you tell them not to.
Something in the car’s electrical system is draining the battery. Aftermarker radios, subwoofers, alarms of remote starters are prime candidates for the culprit.
As @weekend-warrior posted, have your shop run a parasitic draw test to find the source.

There may be an issue with the battery current sensor.
This sensor informs the computer the state of charge of the battery. The computer then controls the output from the alternator to the battery to keep the battery charged.
