I have a 2001 Oldsmobile Aurora with the 3.5L V6. I was able to within a very reasonable time change the front valve cover gasket, but I am now stuck attmepting to change the rear valve cover gasket. I’m not sure if it is stuck on a combination of the gears and transmission dipstick. Basically, I am wondering if there is a trick to slipping that cover off.
