2001 NIssan Frontier Flasher

My blinkers and hazards were not working on my 2001 Frontier, so I replaced the flasher. When I replaced it, the plug and housing were hanging loose under the steering column. The new flasher unit has a metal tongue on it as though it should be mounted somewhere but the old one did not but both units have the same part number.

Now the hazards work but not the blinkers. Is my new flasher bad, too? I’m not sure what else to try.

Each system has its own flasher, you only replaced one of them.

Relax @OhShesArtsy…I have replaced many flashers over the years and very few of them were ever secured. They were just hanging in the breeze…usually under the dash.
