2001 Mercury Sable,67,000, that 2X has barely cranked over after 200 mile drive. Twice more at odd times would not start (barely cranked, same symptoms) then trying after a few minutes started right up like normal. No problem lights are on.
Three time the windows stopped working for a day or two, then back to normal. Another thing, recently the theft light blinks when leaving the car, not while driving
What have you tried? If nothing yet, first check all the connections from the battery to the starter and frame.
Will do. I didn’t mention that 3 months ago I ran the battery completely dead, then got a jump. It seemed to have no effect for a few months then this started happening. The windows problem happened before the dead battery incident.
