I want to drive my 2001 infiniti from Las Vegas to California . but not sure if it will make it, it tends to jump a lot on bumps. another than that there is no check engine light on and i drive it every day on the free way to work. about a year ago it did get its transmission fixed should i drive ? help
If it jumps on bumps have the shocks and struts checked for leakage and the springs checked for broken coils.
As for making it to Cali from Vegas, it gets you to work, right? This is just a longer highway drive. Go for it.
My suggestion is to take it to a mechanic for a diagnosis of the jumping and for a pre-trip inspection in general.
