Then there is a problem with one of the two systems. You’ll need to get them diagnosed and repaired, as they are non-functioning at this time.

Is the Check Engine light also lit-up?

If there’s a problem with the ABS, the TCS light will automatically come on because it won’t function if there’s an ABS problem.
