I have 01 caravan with 120k miles on it, tires just rotated and saw no visible damage. Driving over rough roads sounds like bowling bowls clinking at right front tire. Car handles well what could be the problem.
Candlepin or tenpin?
Either a strut, a strut mount, a suspension component, or perhaps even a spring or something else is in need of replacement. Someone needs to get the car on a rack and look.
Broken swaybar in addition to what mountainbike mentioned, I have seen them break right under the mount.
While you are looking around down there, be sure to take a look at the engine mounts. I think you can see the front one from above.
The bushings are a common wear item for these vans so check them out.
