I need help! My car wont start when the weather is cold. I have to turn the ignition on/off repeatedly for 30 to 40-mins (sometimes more) before it will finally starts and then it will continue to start on first attemp until the engine gets cold again. Then the whole insanity starts all over again. I have taken it to the dealer at least 3-times in the last 2-yrs for this problem, but come cold weather the problem returns.
