My Tahoe acts as if the battery is fully charged (e.g. strong headlights, radio, etc.) but when I try to start it I don’t even get a solenoid click. Any advice?
Try putting it in neutral and then try starting it. If it starts when doing this, there’s a problem in the park/neutral safety switch.

These trucks (like my '02) have side mounted battery terminals which we all know can be a PITA.
The positive connections are doubled so remove all/thoroughly clean (wire brush) and reattach wrench tight. Do not forget to do the same at the starter end of the positive cable.
