Can a broken timing belt destroy my engine
Yes it can. seems nearly all Mitsu engines are interference. That means the engine bends a lot of expensive parts if the belt breaks.
Why do you ask? Has it already happened? Or is a mechanic telling you the timing belt needs to be replaced at a wallet burning cost?
