Intermintent problem shifting from 1st gear to second gear. Always happens just after start up (within 5 minutes). Has not happened after warm up. At first would go to second after a moment, latest flare up it took a few moments. Any ideas?
How many miles do you have on your car?
At what time and mileage was the transmission fluid and filter last changed?
Is the check engine light on?
Are any lights flashing on the dash?
The trans fluid looks good not sure when it was last changed as I bought this about 6 months ago, I think the previous owner said he had recently changed it. Check engine light is on but the only code is related to the fuel evaporator. Has 105K on it, seems to early for a new Trans…at least I hope.
