1999 Lexus GS400 Gas Pedal

My altinator, radio, starter fuse blew. I replaced them and the car start with normal idle rpm. When i try to drive, my gas pedal doesn’t respond until it almost hit the floor. Is there another fuse or reset that I could do myself to fix this?

Thanks,

HT

If you are mechanically inclined you can replace your throttle position sensor. Sounds like it’s malfunctioning.

Thanks missileman for the reply. Where is this throttle sensor located? Thanks

It’s attached to your throttle body. Just follow the throttle linkage. It’s usually black plastic with a wired connector. It looks like this: http://www.autozone.com/autozone/catalog/parts/partsShelf.jsp?displayName=Throttle+Position+Sensor&currentPage=1&categoryDisplayName=Engine+Management&navValue=15900136&itemId=136-0&parentId=59-0
