Have a 98 Saturn SL2 when I go to start the car it floods right away and won’t start change spark plug wires they were very bad and put new starter on still won’t crank
“still won’t crank” ? The original problem was that it wouldn’t crank? that indicates an electrical problem, not flooding.
Possibly a terminology problem? cranking means the starter is turning the engine, that rrr rrr sound when you turn the key to “start”. Not cranking means you don’t hear that sound when you turn the key to “start”.
Did you check the battery and the connections?
