Horn not working, how to use conversion lights in back without running down battery
OK did you have a question about that? I assume you want it to work… voltage test at the horn, no voltage, look to the fuse and/or the relay, then look back to the horn button. Votage IS at the horn? Replace horn.

What exactly are conversion lights in the back? If you want to use any type of lighting powered by the truck without the truck running… it WILL run the battery down. Use a separate battery isolated from the truck’s starter battery to run the lights. An isolator will allow the truck to charge the spare battery when running the engine but not draw the starter battery down.
