car wants to turn over but it dont i checked the engine fuses to see if they were blown but no
Did you check the battery? Try and jump it? Start there, the fuses have nothing to do with your problem.
Can you please narrow it down?
Does the engine crank over at all?
Or do you just get a click when you turn the key to the start position?
If it cranks over but won’t start, you could easily check if the engine will run briefly after a blast of ether or some other starting aid
