96 rav4 vibrates only at stop signs,lights etc otherwise runs fine
Could be a slight engine miss exacerbated by failing engine mount(s). Is it overdue for new plugs, wires, valve lash adjustment, etc?

If the check engine light isn’t coming on I suspect low compression in one or more cylinders.
The problem might be a dirty/faulty Idle Air Control valve.
The IAC valve controls the engine idle speed whenever stopped.
If the IAC valve doesn’t allow enough air into the engine, the idle speed will be too low. The engine then idles rough.
