The rear wheels seem to have seized up after not being used over the winter. Anyone have any advice on freeing the rotation?

Open both back brake bleeders if that does not do it it is wheel bearings.

Did you park it with the handbrake on? If you did, the brake pads or shoes are stuck to the rotors/drums. I’ve gotten brake shoes free from drums by heating the drum with a propane torch or a heat gun and then whacking it firmly with a rubber mallet. I hit it against the face of the drum that is pressed against the wheel, not around the edge. If it’s a disc brake you have to take things apart.
