1996 Nissan Pickup floods at times

It floods sometimes when I try to start it an it is getting worse but sometimes it cranks good what could make it down that

You might have a leaking injector. In the mean time, holding the gas pedal to floor while cranking should overcome a flooding problem.

Check for a bad coolant temp sensor for the computer.

If the sensor tells the computer the coolant is at -10 degrees when it’s 60 degrees, the engine is going to flood.

Yes. Low coolant level can also cause wrong readings from a coolant temp sensor.

I presume you mean it always cranks ok, that rrr rrr rrrr sound, but sometimes it doesn’t start and run. Does this symptom only happen on warm starts? Only on cold starts? Or does the engine temperature have no effect?
