I have no electricity going to the gas pump,the car start when I use starter spray then shuts off this car has not been used since 2001 it’s been sitting in a garage all this time but

If you have no power to the fuel pump, then that’s your problem. Check the fuse, swap in new relay and check for power. If neither works, look for wires the mice have eaten. Good Luck
Even if the fuel pump starts working that stuff in the tank is no longer fuel . It has been setting for 18 years , the list of things that need to be done before actually starting vehicle is a mile long.
