Car knocks between 45-70 miles an hour. Does OK at lower and higher speeds. No water in gas. Replaced distributor cap, rotor, wire harness, and plugs with no success. Is it fuel injectors? Fuel Filter? Would a crack in manifold cause air to get in an creat knocking. Suggestions?
