1995 Toyota Camry Diagnostic Codes, Jumped E1 to +B, Now car won't start

1995 Camry LE Wagon with 3.0 engine. Check engine light on. Tranny acting different. Tranny fluid pink and full. Tried using diagnostic port on top of engine and got no codes jumping E1 to TE1. Tried jumping E1 to +B to see if that would work and now car won’t start. Disconnected battery. Re-connected battery. Car still won’t start. What is +B terminal for? What did I do? How do I get car to start again? Will try using diagnostic port under dash next.

You jumped the diagnostic connector from E1 to B+ to apply full battery voltage to the diagnostic program of the computer.

Which means you fried the computer.
