truck runs good when cold. when hot it surges when talking off. from a dead stop. between 40 & 60 its surges again. replaced fuel filter. & Throttle position sensor. & water Temp sensor. Cleaned Idle control valve. also when cold will not start unless you step down on gas peddle a little Bit.
