I have a 1994 v6 mustang. There is a chirping noise when the clutch pedal is out. If i press it in, even a tiny bit, the noise goes away. I was wondering what this was. I have a brand new clutch, quadrant, cable, resurfaced flywheel etc. Also it did this when the clutch was replaced last time as well.
Do you have the engine running when this occurs? If so, you have a bad throwout bearing. This explains why you had the noise at the last clutch change as well.
It has a brand new throw out bearing. Which is why its a little confusing. It seems like the clutch cable or pedal just needs adjusting.
