I’m not able to steer the vehicle. There is just a little movement with the steering wheel. What’s the problem?
It’s impossible to tell with just this information. It could be a broken ball joint, a broken tie rod end, a busted and stuck pitman arm (are these things recirculating ball???), or any number of other things. The Jeep needs to go up in the air and someone has to look.

Maybe the steering lock controlled by the ignition key is stuck? Does the key rotate so you can start it?
