my 4.6 t bird wont crank at times it just turns over i can pull the battery cable off about 30mins or just wait until the next day and it will crank. it dont have a spark when this happen if u know what could be bad please advise me thanks n advance
From your description, I understand that the starter will turn over but won’t engage the engine. If that is correct, then the starter has a problem and it should be replaced.
If you turn the ignition switch to start and the engine turns over, that’s cranking. If the engine doesn’t start that means no start or no firing.
Does this no start problem only occur if the engine is hot?
