1993 Wrangler with 80K - 4 cylinder manual transmission - There is vibration
when accelerating - U joints were replaced and the vibration continued - the vibration stops when the clutch pedal is pushed to the floor. The vibration returns when the clutch is engaged. Any suggestions to locate problem and correct ? thanks
Check every other bolt and nut related to the transmission for broken or loose bolts. Check to make sure the transmission’s transmount (which is a corrugated steel support for the transmission, usually located about three-quarters of the way to the rear of the transmission, under the transmission) is tight and solid. Check the engine motor mounts.
